1. Comply with all laws and regulations and carry out business activities in accordance with social ethics.
Comply with the laws and regulations of Japan and overseas, as well as company rules, do not engage in antisocial activities, differentiate between work and personal time, and maintain transparent relationships with all political and administrative bodies. Eliminate unfair business practices in corporate activities from material procurement to product sales, conduct corporate activities based on fair, transparent, and free competition, and do not pursue profit through unfair means.

Provide safe, high-quality products & services to our customers. When developing new products, place top priority on securing safety and scientifically confirm the safety of the developed products.

3. Make our utmost effort to ensure customer satisfaction and sense of security.
Always pay attention to feedback from customers and provide and collect accurate product information. Strive to communicate broadly with society, including shareholders and other company stakeholders, and disclose corporate information in a fair and proactive manner. In particular, in the event of a serious situation such as a damage claim, promptly provide accurate information and secure the safety of the parties concerned.

4. Actively and independently work on environmental issues and social contribution activities.
Recognize that initiatives for environmental issues are essential for the company’s survival and business activities and actively work to conserve resources and energy and to eliminate industrial waste, including by developing and offering environmentally friendly products. Also, proactively participate in social contribution activities as a good corporate citizen and secure a status as such.
